There are a wide variety of modifications and levels of intensity that make Pilates an effective part of anyone\u2019s fitness program. As with any exercise program, it is important to check with a physician before beginning. Personal Pilates sessions can be tailored to accommodate pregnant women, work-around injuries or health conditions with the approval of your doctor first.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What kind of results can I expect? <\/strong> Joseph Pilates said, <em>\u201cAfter 10 sessions you will feel different. After 20 sessions you will look different. After 30 sessions you will have a new body.\u201d <\/em>Physically, you can expect a dramatic change in your body. Energy levels typically improve as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How often should I take Pilates?\u00a0<\/strong> Most people take class 2-3 times a week. We also recommend cardiovascular exercise to enhance your Pilates\u2019 practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What should I wear to a Pilates class?\u00a0<\/strong> Wear comfortable workout attire that provides freedom of movement but avoid baggy clothing.
